We’re committed to shipping your order promptly based on the estimated production time shown for each product. Please note that these dates reflect when your order leaves our facility in Laval, Quebec, and not the final delivery date. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier you select.
Return & Reprints
Experiencing any issues or have questions about your order? Please contact us right away so we can help! We offer reprints for defective products, but not for issues caused by customer-provided files. If you’re having trouble with peeling, we’ll need you to return the transfers for testing to determine the cause.

How Our Pantone Match Service Works
- Initial Print (CMYK-Based Sample)
We begin with your design—printed using CMYK with DTF inks to get as close to your target color as possible. - Color Check with Pantone Book
Next, we compare the printed sample to a physical Pantone book to identify if the printed colors matches your requested Pantone. - Photoshop Color Adjustment
Based on the match, we adjust your artwork’s color settings in Photoshop to better align it with the Pantone shade. - Reprint and Verify
We print again and repeat Steps 2–3 until the printed output aligns perfectly with the chosen Pantone shade.
