What file types can I upload?
PNG, JPG, SVG, and PDF up to 20 MB. For best print results: PNG with transparent background at 300 DPI.
What's the minimum order?
DTF has no minimum — order 1 shirt if you want. Screen printing starts at 24 units, embroidery at 12 units per design.
How fast is shipping?
Shipping depends on the selected shipping method. Express options are delivered within 1 business day. Regular ground service is 2 business days in Quebec and Ontario, 4 days for the rest of Canada. Do not forget to add production time into account.
Do you offer art services?
Yes — basic cleanup, vectorization, and color separation are free with apparel orders. Custom design work is billed hourly. We only do artwork review once the order is placed and the customer requested it.
Can I see a proof before printing?
Our online designer shows you a live mockup of the final product. You can also request a photo proof at checkout.
Do you ship outside Canada?
At the moment we do not ship outside Canada. Duties and import fees does not make it cost efficient for our customers.
