Welcome to Ton Atelier! We are committed to providing you with the best shopping experience, including reliable and efficient shipping services. Please review our shipping policy below.

Shipping Destinations

Ton Atelier currently ships to:

  • Canada
  • United States
All orders are shipped from our facility in Laval, Quebec.

Processing Time

  • Custom orders are shipped within the estimated shipping date on each product. Please note production time is an estimate only and can be delayed by one extra business day.
  • You will receive an email notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer several shipping options to suit your needs:

  • Purolator Ground Canada wide: Flat rate 12.50$ CAD. Shipping time vary based on location.
  • Purolator Express Canada wide: Flat Rate 23.50$ CAD. Shipping time vary based on location.
  • UPS Ground Canada wide: Flat rate 12.90$ CAD. Shipping time vary based on location. 
  • UPS Express Canada wide: Flat rate 24.00$ CAD. Shipping time vary based on location.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on orders over CAD $150 within Canada.

Local pickups

You can pickup your order at our facility from Monday – Friday from 9am to 5pm EST time. A confirmation email with pickup directions will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.
Do not come to pickup your order before you have received an email confirmation for pickup.

Local pickups – outside pickup

For orders using the ‘Leave Order Outside’ option, please note that we are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items once the order has been placed at the designated location. This option is intended for customers who are unable to pick up their order during our regular business hours. To minimize the risk of theft or damage, we strongly recommend collecting your order on the same day it is placed outside.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

Shipping Delays

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. While we strive to meet these delivery times, delays can occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, customs processing, or postal service issues.

Cutoff times

Cutoff time to place a rush order for same day printing is 12pm EST time.
Cutoff time to place a rush order for next day printing is 5pm EST time.

All orders placed after the cutoff time are automatically scheduled in production calendar for next business day.


Carriers pickups

Purolator and UPS picks up orders during business days (Mon to Fri) between 6pm and 8pm EST time.

Address Changes

If you need to change the shipping address for your order, please contact us at [email protected] as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once the order has been processed.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Delays in transit

If there are delays in transit caused by the shipping carrier, we cannot be held responsible.
