Verify that your file has no empty spacing around your designs. We suggest to trim files from any unwanted empty spaces. It happens that the file size is bigger than the actual design inside it.

* Our uploader software takes the file size in consideration. It is important to trim your files from empty borders. That way you know exactly your design print size.

The estimated shipping date for your order can be found at the top of your order confirmation email. It starts with (Order estimated shipping date …)

We aim to ensure that your order leaves our facility by this date. However, please be aware that this is an estimation and not a guarantee. In some minor cases, your order may ship out on the next business day.

You will receive a confirmation email that your order is ready for pickup once it is printed and packed.

On each product on the website there is an estimated shipping out date. Estimates are updated in real time based on current order volume.

Our shipments are fulffiled with ClickShip application. Make sure to check your mailbox for an email coming from ClickShip. Your tracking number will be found there.

Cuttof time for same day pritning is 12pm Est. time. 

Cutoff time for next day printing is 5pm Est. time.

Please note when orders are placed online they are automaticaly scheduled in our production calendar. Everything placed after the cutoff time will be scheduled by our system on the next day.

At the moment we do not accept addons. Please place a new order.

Our system places automatically orders in schedule and two orders placed at different times will be printed at different moments.

We are working on an automated solution to merge orders together. For the moment it is not available yet.

If your file is not created at 300dpi, our system will automaticaly resisze at 300dpi.

This modification will decrease your file dimensions if your initial reslution is too low.
This modification will increase your file dimension if your file resolution is higher than 300dpi.

Please note, orders are printed the within our production capacity from 5am – 7pm. In some rare occasions orders may be printed on the same day but shipped on the next day.
